Delivery Inspection: An inspection performed at the place of delivery of the equipment to the customer. Regular Inspection: An inspection performed to check the condition of the equipment manufactured and sold by our company within the scope of the warranty, and the operation status of the equipment as a part of a pre-service for our customers. Services such as equipment maintenance and technical training are provided on a regular basis.

It is a system to repair or replace the parts free of charge during the warranty period when the technical analysis reveals that the equipment parts are defective due to material or manufacturing defaults although the equipment is used in a normal way and is managed by the periodic inspection cycle specified in the manual (user manual).

A. After the sale of the equipment, the warranty period of the equipment shall continue for 12 months from the delivery date of the equipment or 2,000 operation hours after first start-up of the equipment, whichever comes earlier.
B. If the user is changed within the warranty period of “a” paragraph above, the warranty period may be succeeded to the next user for the remaining period.

The scope of warranty repair is limited to the repairs and costs for failures caused by design/manufacturing defects in the equipment sold by our company.

A. The term “Genuine Product” refers to a part certified its quality by the company’s quality standards.
B. Please be sure to use genuine parts when making replacements.

A. If the warranty period of the equipment specified our company is expired
B. If the genuine products are not used without the company’s prior approval
C. If the equipment has been modified by the customer without the company’s approval
D. If the defective part is lost or damaged
E. If the equipment is used beyond the limit of the specifications set by the company
F. If the failure was caused by non-conformance of the operation, regular inspection, maintenance, and storing method specified in the company’s manual (user manual).
G. If the failure was worsened because proper measure was not taken when it occurred
H. Bulbs, fuses, brake linings, belts, filters, wiper brushes, various types of oil, motor brushes, nozzles, clutch discs and other similar consumable parts
I. If an accident occurred due to the user’s fault
J. In the event of a natural disaster, national emergency, riot, war or any other equivalent event
K. Failure occurred or worsened due to not taking repair at branches/agencies or A/S centers (or designated maintenance plants)
L. If the complaint on minor noise/static or vibration is decided that it does not affect the product’s performance or function
M. Other failures caused by the customer’s negligence
N. In the event of a failure caused by use of contaminated fuel or poor lubricant management
